  • Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
  • Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
  • For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

Julia was amazing and the parm and burger tasted great! Chef Kevin personally brought them out and they were served very hot, both cooked to perfection in my opinion. Overall loved my experience and heavily reccomend.

I use to Love and frequent (weekly to bi-weekly) this TRU FOOD and recommended it to many that ended up going there. Lately, I’d say definitely within the past 11 months, the food is horrible, as well as the service, whether it is in person or door dashed (never utensils or napkins and the food is horrible). The food is not cheap. I’m a creature of habit and get the same things each time. Chopped salad, margarita pizza and a cold green tea. The salads have become Nothing but, lettuce, nothing else in it as advertised or how it use to be and definitely Yestetday was all mounds of lettuce as well as the past few times prior and the margarita pizzas are cold when they get to me and literally look and taste like thin cardboard. It’s pure garbage. Extremely dusapoointing. Then yesterday I was charged for my tea, but, then the guy shows up with a black tea and says they are out of green tea. Well, I don’t drink black tea. He kept suggesting another type and I was getting frustrated saying no and I just want the refund, to which he sighed and reluctantly refunded it. When I opened the salad and pizza I was so upset. I wasted my time and my money in garbage. I just co

I usually expect better from True Food Kitchen, but today's experience was unacceptable. Ordered a children's pizza from this location today, only to find a large fly thoroughly baked into the cheese and crust. This is a serious food safety and hygiene violation - I have already contacted the Health Department to file a formal complaint. Disgusting - will not be ordering from here again.

This place has gone down hill. We’ve been going here since opening day and my turkey burger today came basically raw inside. The kids β€œcurly pasta” is now just boxed penne and my turkey burger was RAW inside. To top it off their air fryer fries were also not cooked I had to throw them in my air fryer at home. So glad I looked down before swallowing this bite bc I could’ve gotten very sick from turkey burger not cooked to 165 degrees.

Allergies usually turn our food experiences into nothing to write home about but everything we ate at True Food was delicious. The staff accommodated every allergy without any hesitation or confusion. Have grain allergies? Soy a challenge? The restaurant can easily adjust perhaps because the business model is to go organic as much as they can. We had the cauliflower appetizer, the kids chicken bowl, the chicken Parmesan and the hash without beef. Our list of allergies is long. Our waitress, Marianna didn’t blink twice. Which brings me to service: Marianna was a true delight or, as my partner noted, she was completely underutilized in her position. This woman has a brain that remembers even the small details and a personality of joy. We simply enjoyed our time and her high level of competency. If you go, ask to sit in Marianna’s section. She will make your experience exemplary.
